Um, UO first started in 97, didn't it?

I remember that being in the early UO emu servers, can't remember if it was OSI but I seem to strongly remember using it on test center all of the time back in the day.

I started playing in Dec of 1999 and my UO T2A manual said this was an option, but it never offered it to me when I died.
