Details: The houses are all close together, basically the same screen. No close neighbors. Near the water. Normal NT spawn. Wandering healer spawns next to the houses. Highly secluded- no shrines or dungeons.

Not bidding, but I'm very interested in the two story if you are giving it away. My friend and I are trying to get reestablished after a year+ long hiatus.
