As title say, I have a CBD up for auction.
Opening bid 300k, buyout 3x large brick deed (á 144k = 432k)
Auction ends Sunday eve when I get back from holliday (CET).
Don't wait to bid at last min. since it could end at 3PM (local time) as well as 11PM (local time), all depending on traffic.

Last call on this, if no offer, 300k or above, comes in within an hour, starting now, I will close auction and sell it at some other point when trhey are worth more.
