Monster Question

Is there a "link" to a T2A Era Monster Listing, of what creatures existed at the time, and possibly where they might be found? (some critters dont seem to inhabit the places Im used to finding them)

The above world spawns I wouldn't suggest just yet. We are preparing a complete revamp to the spawning system in the upcoming weeks, and this could completely change everything outside of the dungeon. However, this of course only applies to things that are not accurate at the moment. Places like the orc fort, rat man valley, etc.. will still be there. I'm not sure if there is a current guide for above world spawns at the moment. I hope this helps you out somewhat.
