It is a good resell opt but I can't afford the down payment. Ill bid 8.5 mill pending you don't want to collect the money till I can sell all 5 (which I assume defeats the purpose). I.E. ill sell them individually, and once they are all sold ill pay you 8.5.

Definitely a lot of resell value here. Unfortunately, Urks only have a BB+ credit rating with Ivy's Savings and Loan. That's only good for 3-4 mil. :p

I'm paying attention. In my experience, "private bids" tend to mysteriously not lead to sales most of the time.

I made a public bid, enforceable by forum scamming rules, etc., and so far it looks like I'm the only one to do so (unless you count Ronk's layaway offer). You said you were entertaining reasonable offers, of which I think mine is given the slow market on castles these days and the bulk nature of this sale.

I'm not sure why there's so much hostility here, to a guy who offered you a million GP, and the luxury of not having to log in every few days to refresh these bad boys.

You are confused too. Look through ALL of my sales in the trade forums and you will not find a single instance where a 'private bid' looks fictitious. With that said, don't bother bidding unless you're over 8mil in gold/resources.

I will move this sale to pending within 24 hours so the bidder can do what I've agreed to to get the funds in a reasonable amount of time.
