yea I know its a neon hair dye, just wondered if this was some different one than the others Ive seen for sale

Wouldn't you just use it if you bought it? Instead of keeping it on your body just to show people you own one?

Think about the transaction, no way it can be stolen after one buys it. (vendor or in person trade etc)
