I owned that entire "whale tail" peninsula for pretty much all of 2010. It used to drive me batty that a 2 story didn't fit in this spot when it very well should have. As soon as that last housing patch came out and I was happy to place (and then remove) to satisfy my curiosity. Also, I sorta miss my tower one screen north. :(
