Buying Bankable House | Paying up to 6mil

Probably not none available, but I'm interested in buying a home I can bank from. I am paying up to 6 mil depending which house it is.

I will pay a handsome finders fee to the person who puts me in touch with a house owner who is willing to sell.

Ocllo has two houses. Not too sure the owner, they sold @ 1.5m last I heard.
