Lich treasure maps can be either 1 or 3. To verify which level, just use a non cartographer (someone with 0 skill) and double click the map.

IF message is: "you fail to decode" then its a level 1
IF message is "you fail to decode" and "this map is too difficult" then its a level 3

do NOT auction stuff u don't intend to sell!
You have 2 potential buyers here that offered u what u asked for and more.
If you dig it up yourself and refuse to sell it (even tho your asking price has been met) I bet Arsen and Bmohr225 have the rights to report you.

And even worse, how do u think ppl will trust u in the future if u want to sell anything?

ok, i didnt know the rules, but my thinking was, he said he cant meet me now and i havent heard back from him at all. how do i know he is serious? i said 5k OBO, maybe someone would make me a better offer in the time I am waiting for him? i always proposed him another offer to see if he wanted to open the chest with me.

anyway i do want to sell it but i wasnt sure if he really wanted it

He's not going to pay you 5k and then help you dig it up, unlock it. Then split the loot.

I believe he's looking to buy it outright for 5k or whatever the agreement.
