BPD Public Service Announcement

Hail, citizens. This is Chief Atraxi with a warning to all thieves and lowlifes that lurk around our city streets.

The Britannian Police Department is back and in force. One Britain thief, Boris, learned this, this morning. He was apprehended by myself and my newest cadet, Saito Hajime after a short chase. We confiscated keys to his apparent getaway vehicle, which is now in the possession of the BPD.

Actually, yes. I do. Any law enforcement officer worth his salt uses a siren. How else would the innocent public know something is amiss?
