im a new guy
hey im new coming over from uo divinity this shard is so much better for all the obvious reasons but im curious as to why spells do no damage in town?

for a large part of t2a spells did no damage in town
the timing that UOSA is aiming for fell in that area

cool i think my favorite part of this shard is the slow skill gain imo making it fast like hybrid/divinity is stupid
