Sorry to ask a nub question but where might I find a List of Hues and the Color they represent. I have seen A lot of post showing hue #'s and the only thing I have gathered is that you Use Razor somehow.

Here are a screenie of most of the ingame hues, I know some are missing and there's also some non spawning ones around.

There are more than 400 different hues in game.

You can check the hue in Razor under tab "Display/Counters" then click "add", click "target" and target what you want to know the hue of.

How does one make a rare hue?

You cannot make a rare hue, you have to kill NPC's for it.
Most of the NPC clothing you see in game are not dyable with regular dye tubs.

However, when u kill a mage and loot his robe, for instance, you have to cut it up to get raw materials for new cloths.
When u cut up a robe you get about 8 yards of cloth but to make a new robe with that cloth it takes 16 yards.
Same goes for all cloths, you get back 50-70% (kinda) of what is accually used to make an identical peice of clothing.
however, if u make new cloths out of the cloth with a GM tailor they will have a much better quality and will not break as fast as looted cloths will when worn.
