no... owner before me may have bought it from this Ben Brawl u speak of though. But i purchased it from Blink Trick, well he gave me the spot more or less and i placed some smalls on it, because of course he needed the money and liquidated the keep. Then got a 0% interest loan from God and he placed the keep for me and transfered after i dropped the smalls. Which reminds me, i still owe him 57k, but have not seen him since i made last payment.

Yeah thats what i paid for it, so nice to see someone else get the same deal, and ive been hearing alot of people out there wanting keeps, so i was sitting on this one, not doing anything so i figured id let someone have a bigger home. Snickers ended up giving me deed plus 2 small deeds, so in the end, he gave me 6800gp more than in post but he said, in other words, keep the change. Glad he trusted me and did not request a broker.

To be honest I paid for the one just below his Keep + 2 Story but I can't complain, I enjoy it.
