sold to wiseone. meet at bank he traded deed and 5k gold. went to house and traded him the house. very smooth. would recommend

i won't lie. this is a high spawn area(hence next to orc fort)haha. gargoyles, gazers, and air eleys to the north. ettins and of coarse orc's at your door. have also seen several wondering healers about to south. guard outpost just a couples screens away.
starting bid is deed+5k
buyout is deed + 20k
