More details: They are in front of water, and about 2 - 3 times a week I can walk out and immediately find a sea serpent to fight, and occasionally a deep sea serpent. You may be able to fish from the porch of the West tower, I have not tried it. There is a large forge and anvil in the West tower, and a bedroom/barracks and throne room in the East tower. I can leave all of the chests too, but would take the contents of them with me.
