selling two L's, a tower and a small house as a package deal. This is a nice secluded spot on a peninsula in the Windmere woods. Very light spawn and no neighbors. Will use broker, make offer. Thanks

I had the (well not THE but the spots) tower small and the southern L for a while a long time ago. I was waiting for what seemed like forever for the other L to decay or the person to sell it. I finally gave up, sold it all and moved. Sure enough the L I wanted decayed a few weeks later. This is a great location. Way out of the way, no visitors whatsoever.

This peninsula and the "whale tail" peninsula south of it are probably my favorite areas in the game. I guess I have a weird thing about peninsulas... must be because of where I'm from.
