Looking to buy a TOWER (budget is 900k)

The closer you can get to my wish list, the better my offer becomes. I am currently looking for the owner of the tower by the spirituality shrine near trinsic. The Tower is loc. on same screen as the shrine. This is the Tower I would pay 900k for. There is a guild stone "Wandering Gypsym Tribe" on doorstep. So get me as close to this tower as possible. If you get some of the items on this list but is not exactly what I want, but I settle, my offer will adjust accordingly to what I think of the place and want to pay for it.

Wishlist:

1. Low PK area
2. Near a shrine, closer the better
3. Near a town/moongate ( not a real bid deal, but would be a big plus)
or
4. (If away from town) On a penisula or secluded area (Kinda like off in it's on lil area)
5. Near a mountain (not a big plus)

How is the PK zone around there, seeing it is in the vacinity of the X-roads, and where is the shrine loc?

I have never had any PK issues personally. The shrine is located right around the middle of the desert I believe.

If you can put up a little more, I could consider selling you my twins. Next to a mountain, secluded and pk-free area, shrine and town relatively close by...actually, ideal place to live, I just don't want to have 2 anymore.

Put up a lil more info? I'm basically wanting to start a guild and need a pk free area so me and guildies can spar, train, duel amongst ourselves and not have to worry about pks at that time. and The whole shrine thing is moreless just for convience so we don't have to wait for guildmates to res while in the middle of a duel, sparring. As far as the tower/loc. goes I'm not really looking for 2 towers, but I would consider it if the loc. and it pertains to my wishlist. Oh and how close the shrine is, ofcourse.
