[SOLD] Large Brick

Bingham approached me by forum message to buy my large brick. He wanted a large patio instead. After getting in contact and meeting in game, he gave me a small house deed for the fee, I deeded my large brick, he handed me the deed to large patio as well, and I placed and then transferred. Very smooth deal, he even gated my unworthy mule character to town.
