Blood Elementals.
Not sure if it was T2A or UOR. But weren't there two Blood Elementals that spawned in Shame. One popped a lil before the bridge and back to the second bridge. The other had an area that started from the second bridge all the way back to where all the earth ele's are located?

I remember there being only 1 on Lake Superior, because people use to fight for the spawn (cause it was a great way for mages to work on resist, let the blood dump on you, then EV/FS it to death)

There was only one during t2a. They didn't add more spawns until after UOR.

Baja had one, I can't say 100% sure every server had one but I think they did.

It is possible that the international servers could have varied. When the European shards were released the Lich Lord Room in Deceit had two lich lords and one lich unlike the U.S shards that only had one lich lord and the same lich spawn.
