I don't recall these ever being rechargeable, but I'm collecting a hell of a lot of wands and staves from liches, and so thought I'd ask (some of these may be useful if there's some way to recharge them).

Charged wands/staffs/clothing etc are not rechargable.

Selling any in game items including any type of addons or magic jewelry is a bannable offense. Since when did Derrick start making watches?
