Dex problem

I just realized somehow my dexer had 84 dex lol. My snooping was at 90 so trained skills i needed until it got down to 7. my str is 100 int 25 both locked. now ive gone from 7 snooping to 25 without a dex gain. What am i doing wrong? how do i go from 84 dex to 100 fastest??

im guessing you have armor on and this is reducing your dex stat. and its really at 100.

make sure your dex is not locked also and keep on training snooping that imo is the fastest way to gain dex seeing you can spam snoop it really shouldnt take you longer then an hour or 2 .

Hahaha, I went through this with Sturm for a long time with the last point of dex. I had a plate gorget on.
