Brit L placed just across the guard zone on the way to the cross roads. If I get an offer that sounds good I'll sell, otherwise just keep as another summer home.

Used to have a small there glad to see someone finally used that area to place a proper house. Very good for new players because of the lumber-jacking, mining and the close proximity to town!

Btw, this isn't an auction.... Only going to sell if the price is worth me getting rid of a great location, and going to sell to the first random bid I feel that meets this. So if you want it, post what you're willing to give for it, not auction style.
