Ok heres the problem i have just recently got back into UO and it has been 5 years since i last played... now back then i didnt have to pay for an account i just had to install the game with my friends disc ,set some files correctly, and download a shard... welll being 5 years i am completely lost and do not have the funds to pay for an account can someone explain this to me ...

You need to download and install Ultima Online. Secondly, you need to download a program by the name of Razor. This is a program that is quite similar to UOA, but it allows you to also connect to the server. You just have to set in the IP address and port for this server, which is uosecondage.com and 2593 for the port.
Accounts are free and are auto created soon as you login. This means whatever username and password you set from the beginning will be the username and password from now on. However, you can change the password later on if you wanted too.
