This is almost exactly where my first small on UOSA was. Lived there for months in early 2010. I had no idea a patio fit in that area but I haven't been around there in a while. How cool!

It would seem not many understand the concept of a straight sale with a FIRM asking price.

By the look of it no. Not one person has offered his Asking price. so if you want it I would say offer the buyout now before someone else does.

I would still assume bidding (even higher than deedx2) would be fruitless at this point. Bazooka got it at the asking price. If the seller takes a *bid* of more I would consider that ill repute. And I have dealt with this gentleman before, I'm sure he wouldn't.
