Just a heads up, I sold my last one for a Patio deed, and the one before that for an L deed.
200k is a more reasonable starting point, but if 250k is what you're after, by all means, stick to it.

Yeah Black Dye Tubs fluctuate a bit but I will just hold onto it til someone offers 250k.
