On the yew patio near the outside vendors south of the bank, there is an egg bomb shell for sale for 25k, fairly cheap and yeah, they are newbied.

Some bankers carry them, but they are not stealable even from NPC's. If that is due to the noobified status or the fact there only are bankers haviong them I don't know.
But I think they are only one useage, so if u buy it, don't throw it away thinking it works just as teh snow

They are unlimited use, and a few people almost always have them on them (GuardianKnight usually carries them.)

I bought that one for 25k at the southern patio at yew bank. Thank you sirs. (btw of anyone else is looking for some them selfs, when I bought it, there were a couple more left under the one I bought)
