Animal Taming

I it the first time i am creating a tamer... and i dont know where to get brown/polar bears to start training. i found 1 or 2 bears but it is not sufficient to raise the skill, i think... or may i tame it, release and tame it once again? will i gain skill points?

no , you cant gain any point on a creature that has already been tamed.

Well to be more specific, you can't gain on any creature that you've already tamed. If someone else has already tamed it, it can be tamed by others. Each time a creature is tamed by a different player, the taming difficulty for that creature increases.
