Public In-Game Auction- 400,000 Res. (update 5)

As stated above, I will be hosting a private auction, in-game at an undisclosed location for packages of magic items with a current total reserve value of 100,000.

This auction has limited seating and will be held behind loocked doors. Therefore, admission will only be via RSVP invite or by personal invitation only. I will be sending out invitations to a few of my regular customers, all other must request an RSVP invitation.

In order to receive your RSVP invitation please show your interest via private message. All post on this thread will be overlooked.

( UPDATE 1 ) more items of the rare sort have been added to the auction uping the reserve value to 200,000. A few seats still open. 3hrs till the auction will begin. I will update as the evening progresses. And thank you to those who have already pmed for their RSVP more details coming soon.

(update 2) Once again, more items and also packages added to the auction bringing the current total reserve value to 400,000.
this is how the auction will work: Auction attendants will be sent a pm with a location. At the given time (time is Forums Time) A magical Moongate will appear which will teleport the patrons to an undisclosed location where we shall chug ale and break bread during the fist round of viewing and other entertainment.
Everyone will be asked to take their seats. The viewed items and packages will be brought out for auction one at a time, in order of the reserve price (lowest first highest last). Buyers Will their bids to the auctioneer by using the signaling device provided. Verbal bidding will be allowed in shootout situations between two buyers or when giving an opening bid.
There will be an intermission for item sorting and billing then another viewing and the final auction. A raffle drawing during final item sorting and billing then each individual will be escorted to another room where they may claim their purchases and be on their way with their complementary gift bag for attending my function.
This is a casual function therefore we will not be allowing mounts indoors. I would ask that you stay in character during the auction and any disruptive activity or rudeness will not be tolerated and offenders will be ejected from the auction No Refunds.
This is a social function Please act acordingly

Hail and well meet all, Due to a drastic increase in the number of items and packages submitted as lots for this unique in-game function, along with more RSVP request than originally anticipated, the Auction has been postponed. I am currently in the process of changing the location in order to meet the above mentioned issues and will continue updating this thread as to the status of the auction.

Confirmed RSVP holders please check thread periodically for future updates. Anyone interested In securing themselves a seat please send your RSVP request via private message in order to receive your confirmation and get details of the events ahead.

Remember, seating is limited for this event and once all seats are reserved and confirmed there will be no further public post. There are currently a small handful of seats remaining so send for your RSVP today before they are all gone!

When sending RSVP request please include your usual weekday and weekend in-game times so that I may schedule this and future
Social functions at a time that is suitable to all patrons.

(update 4) for all who have confined their RSVP, thank you for your participation and for all interested parties following this thread, I have secured s large enough facility to accommodate even more attendants, therefor, this will no longer be listed as a private auction but as a public auction with limited seating.
Next update will contain further details as the pieces come together.
