Arsen set up a scam shop at Brit moongate vendors so I kicked him. Then bought the Skara Brae house, set up a scam shop. Was found out and sold it within 2 days trying to make it seem like he didn't have anything to do with it. 
I was in YB.. I really can't remember my thiefs name though.. It's been so long. There was a guy named Lucky Lite I think he was from Metro and so was C-Man..
