I would be more favourable to a sale on all three, but offers are still being considered.

All houses are considered sold after an offer of 2 x castles deeds and 1x keep deed.

I will not name the buyer unless he wishes to be named after the deal is done.

These house are worth more than deeds + 200k as per your offer considering someone pointed out an ice isle keep sold today for 1.2 mill on its own.
