Buying a small House help

Okay, I'm new to this shard, so I'm having a little difficulty. I'm trying to buy a small house, which cost 43,000 gold ish. I have that and more, but i can't buy a deed because my character can't carry all that gold to the store. Past shards i've played on took it automatically from my bank, then i had a blessed deed. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but any tips would be much appreciated. Please and thank you!

Leave the money in your bank and the vendor will withdraw it from your bank account. The deed will not drop upon death as long as your character is not red and as long as the deed is not in a pouch. Just make sure you keep it in your backpack. Also, don't leave house deeds on the ground un locked down in your house. They will decay very fast.
