Decent house/vendor spot

Ello!

I've saved enough to buy myself a small house, and now it's time to figure out where to plonk it.

Ideally I'd love somewhere with decent footfall as I want to set up a vendor or two; but I know that finding free spots like this might be tricky. Also preferably in a relatively safe location (both in terms of PKs and yard-trash spawn).

Any ideas?

You should probably consider keeping your vendor and home seperate. A vendor would make it impossible to macro inside your home, and just bring more people around who are likely to fuck with you. You could pretty easily find someone willing to give you a decent vendor spot at their own home, depending on what youre selling. And secluded small spots are a dime a dozen.
