When I originally acquired the Keep, I moved it forward and to the right a few tiles to get it as close to the water as possible, and marked the courtyards in the process. Therefore, it is unlikely that any previous courtyard runes (if they exist) will still work.

I'd like to add that I sold D-Wade the keep before he moved it up, and Brules sold it to me before that (Halogen to him I think?). Neither Brules or myself had marked wells so I will corroborate his story that there probably isn't any runes besides what D-Wade marked. I also checked all my old runes that were marked out front, all of them now blocked.

I loved this keep location, very quiet and isolated. Also I can vouch for D-Wade being trustworthy when I sold the keep to him sans broker.
