Low spawn at your front door, there is more spawn in woods, and alot of air eles to make quick cash on in woods, so big plus ive noticed. Also tower is GF so do not remove or you wont be able to place again. Neighbors are MIA or very friendly. I am considering selling this but not 100% but all my stuff can be moved into a large brick until i find a keep/castle i want/afford.
