I have another house to move out. This one is just around the corner close to Destard Dungeon so an easy way to refresh your reagents, off load loot or heck re-equip if the PKs had a go at you. It also has a mining cave within one screen of your location with 3 other small houses nearby, 2 of these have public forges on the front doorstep. The Destard Range almost encompasses you so can really start at one corner of the range, mine around and rinse repeat really easily. The forest is at your doorstep so can also chop madly away.
Bids start at deed plus 10k, BO of 2 deeds (Neg). This will close in 7 days, so Friday 31st August at approx 7pm AEST.
