Sorry for all who PM'ed me. I was away for the weekend.
Up for auction is one deed for a plotted plant as shown below. It was received today from the ticket exchange system (tickets from 2009 I believe).

I have received PM's for Keep deeds + gold so I will start the bidding at 600K.
Public auction, no buy out, ends 24 hrs after last bid (so no point in trying to snipe)
Placed housing can be offered/combined as part of a bid.
If no bids are received, ill go back to those of you who have PM'd or just use the deed and keep the plant!
