Hi,

i'm new on this server and want to know how to buy a house. Why do players sell smal houses for two or three smal deeds? Can i buy on deed an build somewhere? Dont realy understand how housing works here.

You can buy a small deed and place as long as you can find the land for it, the reason you see some smalls for sale for 2-3x deed price is because they are in desirable spots. These spots are usually near town, near good outdoor spawn or are very secluded.

You will also see smalls on sale for high prices if they are used to block land, this is when a player places a small house so that another player cannot place a larger house in that spot.

If location is not a problem for you, there are still a good amount of spots for small houses, West of Trinsic has lots of locations with minimal spawn.
