Trinny Stone Vendors has one you can mark your own for free.
Its in the 2nd set of runebooks behind the T-Map set. I would pull a gate
from there, walk in and mark, then back out. For the Lost Land locations
I'd be glad to meet you over there and pull a gate to mark those.
