well ole bud theres nothing special about the location, but have you tried to place one of these suckers lately? 2.5 mil is chump change these days, but if someone wants it for 2 castled deeds they can have it cause i just dont need it =D

there are keeps for sale right now on this forum for half that price, and keep/tower combo for less than 2.5.

That keep and tower is way under priced. If i had 2.5 for its B/O i would buy just to set the min bid on it at 2.5.
