Just updating to let you know I am on irc. I've been here a few hours (its near ten pm pacific now). Jacko or Banks PM me if you are on and we can discuss working out a deal since there has been a problem about the end price of auction with this being a more secure site. I spoke with Braden earlier and do appreciate very much that you have him involved. I don't want anyone being ripped off in this deal and very much appreciate his help on the matter. Hi there. I've been trying to get a hold of you guys here over irc. Since neither of you have been there Jacko if you can run this buy the owner for me I would be grateful. (please let me know if I can repay you back too for all of the trouble over this deal too)

I want to offer two castle deeds...plus....two small deeds...

and my friend Pothead who bought the other castle has a full set of demon armor that he is offering to the owner too.

I want to offer something that Braden had suggested. I could also agree to pay an extra 150k to be paid in a months time. So offer now is
2 castle deeds for the caslte (just over 2 million)
3 smalls for the land (around 122k for the land site)
150 to be paid within one month (extra 100k for land plus interest)
my friend Pot Head is offering a suit of demon armor as well.

Let either me or Pothead know if this might be an agreeable solution. Thank you again for all the time you've put into this Jacko.
