I hate to break the bad news to you but I am currently not looking at selling this house location. I'm taking a bit of a hiatus from this server for the time being but I refresh my house weekly as my phone has an alarm set to remind me

As you can see I placed a tower to the west. I will offer you a placed brick in it's location, furthest west 1 tile from the tree. I can insure you I can not place anything bigger than what I have in the area (the keep). I merely want to move it against the mountain and open a nice pathway for travel in the front. You would also gain a bit of seclusion along the mountain strip being tucked in-between the large homes.
