Selling a Small in a very quite end of Windmere. It has plenty wood around if woodworking is your thing, as well as ocean views for fishing or what not. This area can support two small houses (see photos) however I left just this one overlapping both areas. (THink the timestamps on the pics should verify veracity) If interested, a small can fit slightly below next to waters edge if you so desire to grab the corner.
Bids start at deed plust 15k, BO is 2 deeds.

Pulling this one.
Someone managed to squeeze a house closer to waters edge (gotta give them credit tho) so it isnt worth the trouble to sell now. A small there was only of worth, I feel, for the added advantage of a maybe later 2nd small. Still if anyone wants the spot, I will be removing the house (left one) a little later.
