Well, it's his property. You always reserve the right to not sell something...that's not my issue. It's the fact that he's opted to not sell something posted for sale multiple times now. And most importantly, they've both been items whereupon I have held the winning bid!!

The Hally sold on my vendor for 110k in under an hour, I put it up after only getting 2 bids here in 2 days with a price that I wasn't happy with
It's understood auctions can end at any time if the seller is not happy with the price. (Besides, you were outbid for over a day before I decided to end this.)
As for the ring auction, yes, you were the declared winner of the auction. I was online in IRC every night while we were trying to make the exchange... No one contacted me from your guild as discussed to make the trade. At the time I did not have a vendor, nor access to a house to place a vendor. Once I did, we hadn't discussed it in awhile, so I put the rings on the vendor as well.
