Buying Castle on Grass or a Completely Secluded Keep!

Hello,

Right now I am currently the owner of 2 keeps, 2 bricks, 2 patios, an L shape and three smalls. I am looking to consolidate my housing to one location by purchasing a castle. This castle must be on grass and preferably have low spawn, minimal neighbors is a + and will raise the value considerably.

If you have a Castle that seems to fit my needs please PM me with pics or let me know when you would like to meet up in game in order to check it out!

Negotiation on price will happen once I agree that the location is suitable for my needs! I am not stingy and will be flexible on my offers and will not low ball you, I am an honest business man.

With that being said, being this next statement is completely off topic I would like to let everybody know that after I purchase a castle I will be selling all my other properties!
