This house is not to far north of brit gy.. Nice big mining cave right behind it plenty of mining , you just about can't get any better then this for mining.. Also the tower infront of the house hides the front door an sign to the house which i thought was pretty cool .. I like this spot, but i need the cash are i wouldn't sell..

Ok i can see noone is going to bid on this house .. SO This auction is over!! If your reading this you can have the spot the house is sitting on for free if you can find it..
