I haven't tried it, but from the way you guys are describing it you might as well allow euo if you allow this lol.

In all honesty I think even Razor is a little overpowered with the target functions and such. But it's the closest thing to UOA that works with freeshards as far as I know.

This might be a better alternative once the "negotiating feature" works. Depending on how RunUO utilizes this feature it may allow you to eliminate most if not all of the unwanted features of the program including features that Razor uses that can't be eliminated with that program.
