Pending transfer of last house (L-shaped) due to error on my part, as we had mislabeled the house owner on our list. This issue has been corrected and the correct player is now available to go online and complete the sale.

Pirul, please let me know when you are ready to finish and I will have the correct person login and transfer the last remaining house to you.

Smooth sale/trade with Pirul.
He gave deed then I gave house for each property.
On the final house transfer Pirul gave deed first, plus the remaining balance, then I transferred house over.
