For Sell - Tower

I have recently purchased an awesome keep from Azeroth, thanks again btw for the sweet deal, and am now looking to sell my tower.

This has for a long time been my home, it has served me well and it is time for it to serve someone else very well. It is located at the back of a lean clearing north of Compassion Desert/Shrine, NE of Chaos Shrine/Wind, and SW of Dungeon Wrong. It has little spawn, the neighbors are either in active or very friendly. Previous owner had a brick sitting there and was nice enough to give me a good deal on the property. At first i was not able to place a tower, but awhile back when placing restrictions were lifted a bit i was able to place the Tower over a little dip in the land. From what i am told, the restrictions have been lifted a bit and may not be able to replace the tower if you deed it and place a brick there so be for warned, unless you intend to drop the tower, you may not be able to replace it. It comes with a cool rooftop design, it is empty and ready for your decorations. If you are looking for easy money nearby and the dungeons are littered with murderers you may find the surrounding woods full of Air Elementals ready for the picking. I have easily left for a bit waiting for misc stuff to pass and come back with 3-5k worth of gold just from killing all the air elementals i have come across. I have the right to cancel the auction at anytime if I deem neccesary. (prob not going to be an issue)

Bump, will let this go for a few days, if no interest then i will turn it into a rune library or somthing. But come on deed plus 2 smalls is a good deal for all those people lookin to get that tower they always wanted.

This rings a bell to me as an interesting spot, and I'm trying to remember why. I think in my explorations, I may have determined that a castle can fit to the south of it. I also think I recall that "dip" in the land you're speaking of, it looks kind of cool. Anyways +1 for a cool spot and good luck with the sale.

Thanks, the owner of the brick south of the tower is owned by Lady Kotex, i cant remember his other char names, but he said he thinks the same thing, that a castle use to be there, or could possibly fit with a tree in the courtyard, however he is very inactive i believe, i never see him anymore, and the patio owner he said wont ever sell, even tho it is unlocked and empty, and the other two houses south of those i dont know who owner is but they are vacant also and fairly new, most the houses in the area have fell and been replaced by absent owners i believe or house hoarders. Anyways still avail, thanks for the bump Mikel123

Well i had a private bid of min already but he didnt post it on here and did mention that he would check back monday and if no bids would offer min bid so JBlaze currently has top bid, will prob close this tuesday, hope yoru patient Jblaze, told him i would wait until atleast monday for him to get back into town and decide if he wants to bid higher if needed. Also I am changing the Buyout to my original desired sell price.

Sold Tower to Jobad, was quick easy trade, he handed me deeds based on my reputation and trustworthyness and i then traded him the tower. Thanks and hope you and yoru friend enjoy you new home, which ever it was buying it.

Well thank you ACE aswell then, i love it, spot is awesome, and i appreciate you all sellin me the last small in the nook, i think i will make this my new permanent residence, unless someone has a cheap castle in a nook somewhere 8-o

No problem, Azeroth is a dirty thief prick - We'd like to see him tucked away in the out skirts somewhere nobody will ever find him and have to deal with him. PS Don trust him as far as you can throw his back titties.
