this is a special dye tub. it costs 60 silver coin to get one. if you choose to dye something a non special color thats your bad. you dye things neonish or ore colors. like my mask is golden ore. if i want to dye cloth the exact same hue to match you need this tub.

It's like a dye tub for clothing but operates in the 4 digit hue range, I believe. I think I had one on OSI and it brings up a menu sort of like the hair dye choice menu.

1109 is one of the special dye hues. There was a barbershop event a while back, the same one where an NPC vendor sold Neon hair and beard dyes for 1,900,000gold. and these 1 charge tubs were for sale for 250,000gold. there was only like 8-10 maybe, and they sold out very fast due to the cheap price. Same with the name change deeds.

i kinda remember that, only because everything was sold out in like an hour from what i heard. next time maybe they will put a one item limit or something like my local grocery store does on super deals for 2 liters of cola. But only way to get it now is hope you can get 60 silver for decent price or cut through the loops of bartering and buy it for cheap here.
