I have one of the iconic vendoring houses of UOSA sitting unused at the moment. It is the L-Shape right at Yew gate. Has its own lightpost (town deco) and is the same screen as the gate and sitting there empty for a week has had hundreds of visits on the door.

I've had some interest over 1 mill gp. In fact, I am friends with the person that offered me that and I am hoping they see this post and get off their arse and trade

Had a few people PMing me after this post so I'm going to list the house publicly. It is for sale!

Just bought the L Shape from Eo for placed keep, valued at 1.6 mill. Was a smooth trade, transferred keep first, than went to L shape and was a smooth transfer from Eo.
